A calm night sea beneath the Milky Way; one golden star shines above the horizon, its reflection crossing the water.

Sea of Stars

The Austin home of Phoenix Mountain Tai Chi

Small-group Tai Chi classes guided by the Phoenix Mountain tradition.

Stars mirrored on still water, sky and sea blending into one; a single gold star glows near the horizon.

Everything begins in dreams

The light is always there

Waiting for your embrace

Set your course

From wandering to awakening

The dawn awaits

The sun rises golden over a mountain across calm water; a small sail follows the light toward the horizon, and a golden phoenix rises from the sun.

Beyond the horizon

Set sail on a sea of stars

The rising Phoenix heralds the sun

Your path awaits

The Tradition

Phoenix Mountain Tai Chi was founded by Masters Lin and Breazeal with the dream of helping renew the golden age of Daoist martial arts, energy work, and healing.

The school draws from generations of masters:

  • Zhēnrén — realized Daoists
  • Jiàn Shèng — sword masters
  • Qìgōng Shī — energy healers

Their collected wisdom forms the current that guides this work.

Austin Home

At SeaOfStars. One, that tradition becomes a local Austin practice community: small classes, steady training, and a path of cultivation open to sincere students.
